To register as a member of Vaniya Marriage Bureau or use this Site, you must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years and above for females and 21 and above for males) The Vaniya Marriage Bureau website is only to facilitate lawful marriages between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they are subject. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force or any order or decree or injunction from any court, tribunal or any such competent authority restraining you from entering into matrimony. You also agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If at any time Vaniya Marriage Bureau is of the opinion or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made a misrepresentation about your eligibility, Vaniya Marriage Bureau reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and / or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee.
You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to Vaniya Marriage Bureau . In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees. Vaniya Marriage Bureau may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason effective upon sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to Vaniya Marriage Bureau . If Vaniya Marriage Bureau terminates your membership for the mentioned services provided to you it is only because you have breached the Agreement, which accounts you of not being entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees.
You understand and agree that Vaniya Marriage Bureau may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles that in the sole judgment of Vaniya Marriage Bureau violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of either Vaniya Marriage Bureau and/or its Members.
If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Vaniya Marriage Bureau service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information: an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our Site; your address, telephone number, and email address; a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

However Vaniya Marriage Bureau is not obliged to share such action with other members, including complaints. Vaniya Marriage Bureau expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any transactions or interactions between the members.
